Shipping and Returns Q&A
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of your order date.
Please email us at contactanothermai@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include your order slip.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Once we’ve received your return and checked it over, we’ll process your full refund back to your original payment method within 1–2 working days.
Sterling silver rings & Custom sizing
Because our handmade rings are custom-sized just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on these pieces unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Please make sure you’ve double-checked your size before ordering. If you need help with sizing, feel free to reach out before placing your order — we’re happy to help!
Do you offer exchanges?

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
If you're ordering from outside the UK,customs fees or taxes may apply, depending on your country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays may occur during customs processing, which is out of our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with Royal Mail Tracked.
Ireland: £9 (Free on orders over £200)
EU: £10 (Free on orders over £200)
Rest of the world: £10 (Free on orders over £200)
Delivery times vary by country but usually take 1–4 weeks. Tracking is included.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & national holidays).
Please note: Some of our pieces — especially handmade or custom-sized rings — are lovingly made to order and may take up to 5 business days to create before dispatch.
Once your jewellery is ready and on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link via email.
